Even though Portugal is a small country, they have a tremendous love for all things football.
Going to a game in Lisbon can be lots of fun, especially since two (Sporting Club de Portugal and Benfica) of the three "big teams" are right here in the city.
The third big team is from Porto - Rio Ave FC - which is the team we played that night.
The sports 'fanatics' -Wayne and Margo Wilcox (fellow temple missionaries), us, and Bruce and Deborah Seibold (our Self Reliance Missionaries).
And it's always more fun when the home team wins.
Which they did.
